Merge proposal

- Support - It doesn't serve the traveler to maintain a minimal article for every small town in middle America that (barely) passes the WV:SLEEPTHERE for having one motel and one modest attraction. There's a policy that "individual listings (including detailed contact info for restaurants and hotels) do *not* belong in a region or sub-region page", but I don't like the alternatives (keeping this article, merging into somewhere 40 miles away like Winfield (Kansas) or spinning out a Rural Area article).
