[edit]- 1 Silbodal church (Silbodals kyrka), Storgatan 8. The old name of Årjäng was Silbodal and the name has been kept for the church.
- The old courthouse in Långelanda north of Årjäng. The priest and serial killer Anders Lindbäck, among others, was investigated and convicted here.
- The Nordic Trotting Museum is the place for those who are interested in trotting but who may not want to play. [edit]- Dal-Västra Värmlands Järnväg (DVVJ), also called the Beautiful Views Railway, is a tourist railway that runs from Mellerud to Årjäng. The hub is Bengtsfors and from here you run rail bus traffic to Mellerud. North of Bengtsfors to Årjäng, anyone who so wishes can cycle the dressage. The traffic runs between June and August. - Årjängstravet calls itself Sweden's most beautiful course. The trotting track is open all year round and is located by the E18 just east of the city. The secretariat can be reached on tel. +46 573-71 15 45, the restaurant on tel. 0573-100 33.
