Abor is in Enugu State in South East Nigeria.

[edit]Abor is located at Udi Local Government Area on a highland, about 2 kilometres from the Milliken Hill of Enugu capital city. Using the old road to Nsukka, the University town, Abor is about one kilometer from Ninth Mile Corner, Ngwo. It is bounded by the Ekulu River at east and in the west by the Eke and Ebe towns. In the north of Abor is the Ukana town and in the south is the Ngwo town, wherein lies the Milliken Hill.

[edit]Abor has a tropical wet and dry or savanna climate (Classification: Aw) and is at an elevation of 124 meters (407 feet) above sea level. The district experiences an annual temperature of 30ºC (87ºF), which is 1% higher than the average for Nigeria. Abor usually experiences 282 wet days (77% of the time) and 246 millimeters (10 inches) of precipitation every year.
