    Agaro is a town in the western Oromia region of Ethiopia. It is situated in the Jimma Zone and is the administrative headquarters of Agaro woreda. The town has a population of roughly 20,000 people. It is a historical site in Ethiopia because of the Agaro people who are one of the indigenous ethnic groups of the area, who are recognized for their rich culture, traditional dances, and traditions.
