    The St. Benedict Church
    Church of Bom Jesus do Saivá
    • Fountain of the Carioca (Fonte da Carioca), Rua Theóphilo S. Gomes (next to Praça Carlos Gomes da Costa). Built in 1867.
    • Church of Bom Jesus do Saivá (Igreja de Bom Jesus do Saivá), Praça Carlos Cavalcanti (near the train station). Construction began on this church sometime between 1789 and 1817.
