Ardoch is a small town in the Red River Valley of North Dakota. It has a population of about 80 people (2019).

[edit | edit source]It was named Claire when it was founded in 1881, and was later renamed Kimball. The first postmaster, John Stevenson, finally renamed it Ardoch, after his home town in Canada.
