Asaka (朝霞市 Asaka Shi) is a small city in Saitama, right across the river from Saitama City.

Do
[edit]- 1 Aobadai Park (青葉台公園) (15 minutes walk from Asaka Station). Has a water fountain which you can play in and a playground.

- 2 Symbol Road (シンボルロード) (5 minutes walk from Asaka Station). A pedestrian promenade on the site of a former US military base. Plenty of benches and rest areas. About 680 meters long.
