Bangui (pronounced bang-GEE) is a municipality of 15,000 in the far northern end of the province of Ilocos Norte in the Philippines. It is primarily known for its wind turbines that face the coast.

Bangui is about 550 km (340 mi) from Manila and 65 km (40 mi) from Laoag, along the Maharlika Highway (Rte 1/AH26). It is served by buses running Manila-Pagudpud and Laoag-Tuguegarao.
