Biała is a town in Opole Voivodeship, in south west Poland. Biała is an administrative seat of Gmina Biała.
Biała is in the historic Silesia (Upper Silesia) region at the confluence of the Biała river. The city is on the Głubczyce Plateau (a part of the Silesian Lowlands).
The town possesses numerous architectural monuments and historic buildings such as a castle and "Prudnicka Tower" (Wieża Bramy Prudnickiej) from the 15th century.
