[edit]- 1 Boxanagar Ruins. A Buddhist archaeological site, which first emerged during the Khadga dynasty, a Buddhist dynasty which ruled the eastern Bengal from 625 to 716. Historians believe that the Buddhist culture flourished in Boxanagar between the 6th and the 12th century, a period marked by rich history, learning, and the arts.

Kasba
[edit]- 3 Kamalasagar. An artificial lake popular for picknickers and location of a Navaratri fair.
- 4 Kasbeswari Kali Temple (Kamalasagar Kali Temple). A temple built atop a hill by Maharaja Dhanya Manikya in the late 15th century. The Kamalasagar Lake in front of the temple rightly enhances its beauty.
