Catlettsburg is a small city in the Kentucky Appalachians. Visitors come to experience the scenic 19th-century timber industry and the riverfront where Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia meet on the Big Sandy River. The downtown riverfront floodwall features murals portraying local history and heroes.
