The villa was a huge wine-growing estate that traded from Italy to Spain; about 50 people lived there; the following were found there: a private port, a craft area, a pottery, a tile maker; and also: vases, pitchers, bowls, lamps, dishes of all kinds, perfume bottles, mosaic tiles in 2 colours, glassware, lead and ceramic pipes, about sixty Roman coins , and above all a magnificent woman's head in Carrara marble which must have served as a mascaron which is now in the office of the mayor of La Croix Valmer.
- Pardigon Chapel. Formerly private funeral chapel, built in 1882 for Aimable Pardigon, former mayor of Gassin, by his widow. The chapel, which once adjoined the vast Pardigon family home, is now owned by the Conservatoire du Littoral. It is being restored with the support of the Fondation du patrimoine. The walls of the building are made of serpentinite, the roof of slate. The walls are decorated with murals (very damaged) simulating stonework and draperies.
