    Clearfield is a borough in Clearfield County Pennsylvania. It is the county seat of Clearfield County, a part of the Pennsylvania Wilds. The community is known for its abundance of wildlife and outdoor activities, such as hiking, bicycling, hunting, fishing and canoeing.

    From the North - To enter Clearfield from the north, you have two options. First option, take U.S. Route 219 South to Interstate 80, take I-80 East. You can get off of two different exits, first exit from the direction of travel would be Exit 111 (Penfield Exit). Then you will take PA Route 153 South, about 3 miles, you will merge with US Route 322 East,. Continue on US 322 for approximately 6 miles, and you enter Clearfield. The second exit, and most common to enter Clearfield from is Exit 120. From there take PA Route 879 West. You will travel approximately 2 miles until you reach 322 exit. Take 322 West and you will enter Clearfield in less than a mile. Second option from the north is US Route 15 South to US Route 220 West at the City of Williamsport. Follow 220 until I-80, take I-80 West until Exit 120, follow above directions from there.

    From the South - The best way from the south would have to be Interstate 99, follow it north to Interstate 80. Take I-80 West to Exit 120. Take PA Route 879 West for about 2 miles to US Route 322. Take 322 West less than a mile and you will reach your destination.


    From the East - Easiest and fastest way would be via Interstate 80 Westbound, get off at Exit 120, take PA Route 879 West for about 2 miles to US Route 322. Take 322 West less than a mile and you will reach your destination. A more scenic and slower drive would be by US Route 322 West, this takes you right into Clearfield.


    From the West - Again Easiest and fastest way would be by Interstate 80 Eastbound, you can get off of two different exits, first exit from the direction of travel would be Exit 111 (Penfield Exit). Then you will take PA Route 153 South, about 3 miles, you will merge with US Route 322 East,. Continue on US 322 for approximately 6 miles, and you enter Clearfield. The second exit, and most common to enter Clearfield from is Exit 120. From there take PA Route 879 West. You will travel approximately 2 miles until you reach 322 exit. Take 322 West and you will enter Clearfield in less than a mile. A more scenic and slower way is by US 322 East, again this will go directly to Clearfield.
