Coloma is a small town in the center of Wisconsin. Best known for its annual Chicken-Chew festival, the town attracts tourists from all over the Midwest who come to its many nearby lakes. Coloma began in 1849, where one of the two main founders stole the lumber from the other while that other founder was away for family illness, leaving the other founder to come back and build his tavern out of rough hewn logs.
