    Get around

    [edit]

There is a modern corridor rail Praha-Ostrava-Brno-Wien going through the region. Pardubice, Choceň, Ústí nad Orlicí, Česká Třebová and Svitavy lie on the track, however most modern IC and EC trains stop only in Pardubice and Česká Třebová. To visit all other mentioned towns, you have to take either rychlík (R) or osobní/spěšný vlak (Os/Sp) trains. Chrudim lies on the rail connecting Pardubice and Jihlava. There are many minor local rails in the region as well but with few exceptions it is not very convenient to use them.

This region travel guide to East Bohemia is an outline and may need more content. It has a template, but there is not enough information present. If there are Cities and Other destinations listed, they may not all be at usable status or there may not be a valid regional structure and a "Get in" section describing all of the typical ways to get here. Please plunge forward and help it grow!
