East Telangana consists of the districts of Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Siddipet, Hanamkonda, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Jangaon, Jayashankar, Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Warangal, Mahabubabad and Bhadradri Kothagudem.
