[edit]Etinan is a town and local government area in Akwa Ibom State. Onna, Nsit Ibom, Mkpat Enin, Abak, and Uyo Local Government Areas share common borders. The entire local government territory is located within the tropical rainforest region, which has two different seasons: wet and dry. The plants are evergreen.
