Evijärvi is a town and municipality in Southern Ostrobothnia. It's at a bay of a lake with the same name.

[edit | edit source]Evijärvi is at the junction of highways 63 and 68. Highway 63 comes in from Kaustinen and Ylivieska in the north providing access from Oulu and northern Finland, and from the south from Kauhava and the direction of Seinäjoki. Highway 68 comes in from Jakobstad on the coast, and from Lappajärvi and Vimpeli in the south, and is the straightest way in from southern Finland.
