[edit]Fano has its own airport. Fano Airport is an airport in Italy (ICAO: LIDF), located 1 km southeast of Fano. The airport is used for general aviation, with no commercial airline service, but is possible to rent an aero taxi. In the airport there are a well known Parachute and Aviation School.
By train
[edit]There is a 1 railway station. Trains run up and down the coast from Fano, to Pesaro, Rimini and Bologna in the north and Ancona to the south.
By car
[edit]The A14, a six-lane motorway known as the autostrada adriatica, runs from Bologna to Taranto. The SS 73 bis heads inland towards Rome, Umbria e Toscana.
