The overnight facilities at Furofushi Onsen consists mainly of Japanese-style rooms and modern Japanese rooms with a limited number of single and twin rooms. Outside of the rooms, guests can enjoy a karaoka room, lounge area, and a star-gazing deck. The meals serve to showcase the fish from the Sea of Japan caught by local fisherman. The hotel states that it aims to make dishes that are "unpretentious" like the local people, meaning that their goal is to create meals in which the high quality of the fish and seafood are the main focus as opposed to dishes made for presentation. Breakfasts are served buffet-style while lunch sets are available (non-staying guests may also purchase lunches). Dinners can be enjoyed at the restaurant in the Shinkan with a view of the Sea of Japan.
