[edit]Although Holland is a small town it does not have a main street or sidewalks in most areas so it is best to drive. The few shopping centers in town are spread out enough that it would not make sense to walk. The main road is Buck Road, and it can take you to most all places you want to go.

Do
[edit]When visiting Holland, Pennsylvania it is important to visit the neighboring cities such as New Hope, and Philadelphia. When visiting nearby New Hope you are exposed to a quaint eccentric city that has plenty of shopping and restaurants to keep you busy all day. Philadelphia is easily accessible from the suburb of Holland and close enough for a day trip or a night out on the town.
- Newtown Historic Theater. Newtown Theater is a historic landmark on the main street of Newtown. So while you are shopping at the trendy boutiques, or eating some homemade ice cream from the local creamery, stop in and watch a movie in the quant theater.
Buy
[edit]Whether you are staying in, or just passing through Holland there are some items that are a must buy. The first stop should be Wawa[dead link] because if you live in Holland you know that they offer the best hoagies and sandwiches at anytime of the day or night. Wawa is also a local hangout for teenagers or the go to spot for the workers in the morning. This Pennsylvania landmark greets you as soon as you enter onto Buck road, which runs through the heart of the town.
If you are looking for something special to buy for a loved one or a significant other you can stop by the local jeweler Daniel Francis. This local jeweler has quality jewelry at affordable prices. He offers customized speciality pieces and engraving to add a special touch.
Holland does not offer offer many places to buy food but they do not have any clothing stores. If you are looking to buy a dress or a new pair of jeans, drive a couple minutes down Buck Rd to Newtown.

[edit]There is nowhere in Holland that offers overnight lodging, but Center City Philadelphia offers a multiple night life hot spots and hotels thirty minutes away.
