    Human habitation in Isfahan province dates back to more than 42,000 years ago. 

    Isfahan province is one of the largest centers of production of various types of handicrafts in Iran. This province has been the cradle of fine arts and handicrafts for a long time. Brick decorations, tiling, plastering and all kinds of calligraphy in the historical works of Isfahan, from centuries ago to the contemporary period, on the sides and sides of minarets and inside and outside mosques, palaces and the arts of gold embroidery and calligraphy, cashmere and silver work, gold engraving and transcription.
