[edit]Kingston SE lies on the Princes Highway (A1), about 290 km southeast of Adelaide and 150 km northwest of Mount Gambier. The town is most easily reached by car.
A Stateliner regional bus service runs roughly once daily in each direction between Adelaide and Mount Gambier, following the coastal route via Meningie, Coorong National Park, Robe, and Kingston SE.
