Kurilsk (Russian: Кури́льск; Japanese:) is a town and the administrative center of Kurilsky District, in the Kuril Islands, of Sakhalin Oblast, Russia. It is located on the island of Iturup.

Aurora Airlines operates regular flights from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk on Bombardier DHC-8 aircraft. Aviashelf Airlines operates regular flights from Kunashir Island by Mi-8 helicopters and flights from Shikotan by Mi-8 helicopters.

Sea passenger and cargo flights between Sakhalin and Kurilsk are operated by Sakhalin-Kuril Airlines on the motor ships Igor Farkhutdinov and Polaris.
