- 1 Liptovský Hrádok castle. 10:00-15:00. A reconstructed castle, but old-time dominant of the town. Guided tours of about 30 minutes will show you the history and various parts of the castle and ruins. €3.
- 2 Važecká jaskyňa (Važec cave). A shorter, 530-metre long stalactite limestone cave, open to public. Known for its rich stalactite decoration and cave fauna.
Do
[edit]The most favorite summer sports are tennis, soccer, roller skating and the cycling in neighboring forest valleys.
Skiing on the nearby hill is favorite sport in the winter. Ice-skating is also possible on the river Vah.
