Llangrannog lies in the narrow valley of the River Hawen, which falls as a waterfall near the middle of the village.

It sits 6 miles (10 km) southwest of New Quay.

Take the B4334 or the B4321 off the A487 Cardigan - Aberystwyth road.

552 runs from Cardigan and Aberporth to Llangrannog and on to Aberaeron.
