- 1 Devil's bridge (Pont del Diable), Carrer de l'Aigua. Of Roman origin, it was part of the Via Augusta and was built in 10 BC to be crossed by oxcarts. From the Roman period, the bridge's abutments are preserved, made of large ashlars with inscriptions of the legions that worked on it, and an honorary triumphal arch on the left bank, probably from the 2nd century. The bridge was destroyed by the river, which took away its central pillar, and a reconstruction from the year 1143 is documented. It was later rebuilt as a Gothic bridge with a single arch, work begun in 1283 and completed around 1295. In January 1939, the central arch was destroyed by the retreating Republican army, and was rebuilt in 1962.
