- Solidarity Szczecin–Goleniów Airport (SZZ IATA) (is located 125 km from Mielno, near regional capital Szczecin.). Ryanair operates several daily flights from Szczecin.
- 1 Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport (Polish: Port Lotniczy Gdańsk im. Lecha Wałęsy GDN IATA). 200km east from Mielno.
By train
[edit]The 2 Mielno Koszalińskie train station is a very small train station. There is only a train service during the summer when tourists in great numbers visit the Polish seaside. The trains are operated by PKP [1].

[edit]- 1 Klub Bajka, Nadbrzeżna 1, ☏ +48 798 58 00 00, [email protected]. Centre of the party in Mielno, one of the most important clubs in Poland. Local subgenre of music known as "vixa" is played here which is Polish take on "hardcore" genre. Quite packed and rather expensive. Beware of security as it is very trigger-happy and often beats people for minor offenses.

Stay safe
[edit]This is not a place for couples and families with children. Try Sarbinowo to the west instead, or at least avoid city centre (Nadbrzeżna, Wojska Polskiego and all nearby streets). You have been warned.
Saying about Mielno goes that "Mielno destroys everyone" and is the main selling point of the town for its visitors, with people (mostly men) going to a party of their life, binge drinking and doing parties in hotels, streets and on the beach, taking drugs and getting in trouble. At night city centre spontaneously turns into a large open-air night club with all its issues. While at dawn you will find people walking aimlessly trying to cure hangover, puking all over the place and being overly aggressive.
