[edit]- 1 Bamkimanjali Stadium. A football stadium hosting games of Calcutta Football League, Naihati Gold Cup and I-League.
- 2 Boro Maa Kali Temple. The most noteworthy religious spot in the city. It came up in 1923, when a young Brahmin built a 22 ft (6.7 m) tall Kali idol after visiting Nabadwip and witnessing the grandeur of the idols there. Every year thousands of devotees from various places in West Bengal flock to the city during Kali Puja.
- 3 Rishi Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay's Residence and Museum, Kanthalpara. The birthplace of Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, a Bengali novelist known for composing the patriotic song Vande Mātaraṁ.
