    Get in

    [edit]

Rimini Federico Fellini Airport (RMI IATA) is a short bus ride from Rimini city centre. It has flights from within Italy, and seasonally from Moscow, Munich and London Stansted.

You could also fly into Milan or Bologna. Forlì airport has no commercial flights but these may resume in 2021.

Fast trains run hourly from Milan via Bologna to Rimini and continue down the coast to Ancona, Bari and Lecce. Regional trains also ply between Ravenna, Rimini and Riccione.

By road from the north follow A14 Autostrada Adriatica from Bologna past Faenza, Forlì and Cesena.

    Get around

    [edit]

    • The mountains need suitable clothing and footwear but are of no great height.

    Go next

    [edit]
    • Ravenna (province) north has a lovely old principal city, but the coast is mostly industrial.
    • San Marino is a microstate surrounded by Italy. A day-trip will be plenty.

This region travel guide to Rimini is an outline and may need more content. It has a template, but there is not enough information present. If there are Cities and Other destinations listed, they may not all be at usable status or there may not be a valid regional structure and a "Get in" section describing all of the typical ways to get here.
