The Watermelon Festival celebrates Oklahoma's official state vegetable, the watermelon. Activities include seed-spitting competitions, Watermelon Queen coronation, arts and crafts fair, carnival rides, family-friendly entertainment, and food vendors. Plenty of watermelon is available for tasting and purchase.
