Rust is a city at the Neusiedl Lake in Burgenland, Austria. It is a part of the cultural landscape nominated on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The town is known for the storks nesting over its chimneys and for its beautiful historic centre.

[edit]The historic centre is small and mainly comprises of the main city square. The 1 Kremayrhaus city museum. and the 2 Romanesque Fishers' Church (Fischerkirche) 
are also located at this square.
- 3 Heimathaus Mörbisch. A local history museum of the culture of Mörbisch am See. Visitor can view various rooms in a typical local farmhouse from around 1900. In the basement there is an old tree press along with cellar equipment that was used back then.
