Understand
[edit]San Antonio Palopo has very few of the tourist trappings nor traffic. It's known for its ceramics and its beautiful but simple native dress (Traje). The villagers are cautious but will greet your smile with an even bigger one.
Though a laid back and simple Mayan village, San Antonio Palopo can service tourists nicely, if only a couple dozen at a time.
