    Understand

    [edit]

Streaky Bay is a sleepy fishing/agriculture town situated on a picturesque bay on the west side of the Eyre Peninsula, 110km southeast of Ceduna.

    Get in

    [edit]

The only way you can get in to Streaky Bay is by car, with only two paths leading in and out of Streaky Bay; the Lincoln Highway (B100). The first option is if you're coming from Port Lincoln or nearby areas. If it's the case, then just head west onto Lincoln Highway (B100) for about 294km and if you're coming from the Eyre Highway, turn onto Lincoln Highway (B100) and continue for about 111km for about one hour.

Streaky Bay Aerodrome (KBY  IATA) only serves general aviation. The nearest airport with commercial flights is in Ceduna (CED  IATA), about 1 1/2 hours away by car, with two daily flights from Adelaide.
