Talk:San Blas Islands Voyage Tips and guide

You can check the original Wikivoyage article Here

Wow! This is an excellent destination and a great start for the guide. I hope to see it features as a Off the beaten path article one day. (WT-en) Maj 23:06, 21 December 2006 (EST)

What is the name of a tour group that will drive you from the airport in Panama to El Porvenir in the SanBlas islands?

    Inadvertent deletion

    [edit]

I inadvertantly deleted a name and number on this page. Is it possible to recover it? —The preceding comment was added by (WT-en) Captjack (talkcontribs)

Yes, it is. Just go into the "history" tab at the top of the page (which you can also access from this link), check at which version you have deleted that name and number (you can do that by clicking the "last" links at the left of each version, which will provide you what differences have been made in each edit), and then, when you've seen in which version things went wrong, click "undo" at the top right. This will undo all edits to that version (and it will not work if the changed sentences in that edit has been further changed later), so if you want to keep some of the edits on that version, copy the lost information and then click the "article" tab at the top left, and paste it just as you would edit the page normally. I know this was a bit long and might sound hard, but it is not.
Having said all these, I really couldn't figure any lost information throughout your edits, but maybe that's my lack of attention. – (WT-en) Vidimian 06:21, 17 September 2010 (EDT)

Thanks Vidimian. I put it back myself after fooling around for a hour or so. My second day here so still a bit confusing. Can you help me with the Sapzurro and La Miel pages? (WT-en) Captjack 09:53, 17 September 2010 (EDT)

Don't worry, you can never make irreversible changes to a wiki, even if you make a big mistake, someone will eventually fix it. I myself know how confusing it can be editing a wiki at first. Anyway, just take your time, plunge forward, and enjoy it. I've left comments at Talk:La Miel and Talk:Sapzurro, by the way. – (WT-en) Vidimian 10:14, 17 September 2010 (EDT)
