Usage

When typing in the latitude and longitude values, be sure to use the decimal form only. As an example, for Seattle type:
{{ForecastNOAA|Seattle|47.3622|-122.1955}}
...which yields the following link:

[edit]{{forecast}} is the same as Template:ForecastNOAA but puts the forecast link into a box that is floated to the right with a weather icon.
