    Welcome to Wikivoyage, Buffalo Bob!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for your contributions to West Seneca. As pretty much the only person thus far who's contributed content about Buffalo/Western New York to Wikivoyage, it's nice to have another hand on deck.

A couple of things I wanted to give you a heads-up about, though:

    • "Schwabl's" is not a typo; there's no "E" in the name: http://www.schwabls.com/
    • According to this article, there's some disagreement on how to pluralize "fish fry" (fish fry? fish frys? fish fries?), but I've never seen "fryes" written anywhere. I went with "fish fry" because it seems to be what most commenters agree on.
    • According to Wikivoyage:Time and date formats, opening hours are written as XX:XXAM or XX:XXPM, with "AM"/"PM" in capitals.
    • According to Wikivoyage:Listings, prices are written in actual amounts (i.e. $20-40), not with dollar-sign symbols ($/$$/$$$/$$$$).

All in all though, these are minor issues. I figured it was better to let you know about them here rather than make you upset by edit warring and dissuade you from contributing further. I hope to see you stick around and add your two cents wherever you can! Again, welcome.

    Just popping back in...

    [edit]

...to thank you once again for contributing to our coverage of the Southtowns. I've been wrapped up for so long in my work on Buffalo and its district articles (downtown, Allentown and the Delaware District, Elmwood Village, North Buffalo, West Side, South Buffalo, and soon-to-be-begun East Side) that the suburb articles had remained untouched for an unconscionable length of time. Your help in rectifying that is, again, greatly appreciated.

    sleeprange

    [edit]

Hey there. Just wanted to explain why I removed this (again). We only split into Budget/Mid-range/Splurge after the Sleep section starts to get full ( >9 listings or so). Since this template refers specifically to the three subsections, it doesn't make any sense at East Aurora, which doesn't have nearly enough listings to warrant having those subsections. Just put the price in the listing for now. If the sections gets full later, we can split it into sections and then put this template on there. Thanks!
