[edit]Vallée-des-Rivières is located on the east bank of the Saint John River opposite Van Buren, Maine, which it is connected via the Saint Leonard–Van Buren Bridge. It's economy is driven by potato farming and a J.D. Irving Limited sawmill. It is officially bilingual but it is predominantly a Francophone community. Vallée-des-Rivières is generally considered to be part of Acadia.

[edit]- 1 Quisibis River No. 2 Covered Bridge (Pont couvert de la Quisibis No. 2), 551 Chem. Deschênes. Built in 1951, this covered bridge is 17 m (55 ft) in length. The bridge is closed and no longer in use, but can be viewed from the road and from the new bridge crossing the same river beside it.
