By car

- Dubuque is 75 minutes away on US-151, and Cedar Rapids is 2 hr 30 min away on US-151.
- An interchange with I-39/I-90/I-94 to Milwaukee and Chicago is 20 minutes away in southeastern Madison.
By bus
[edit]- Lamers Connect has a bus stop in Verona, for its route which travels eastbound to Madison and westbound to Dubuque.
- Madison Metro offers service with Route 55 from the West Transfer Point in Madison, and with Route 75 from Downtown Madison. Transfers are available to many destinations in the Madison metropolitan area, including the Dane County Regional Airport and intercity bus stops. Tickets are $2 for adults, be sure to ask the driver for a free transfer pass if you will be transferring to a different bus.
