Wikivoyage has an RSS feed for showing updates to the site in RSS readers. The URL for the RSS is http://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special:Recentchanges&feed=rss . The RSS is kind of remedial -- it would be nice to put "featured" items into the RSS page, rather than just anything.
