[edit]Winnfield is 49 miles south of Alexandria and is only accessible by car. The one highways that run through the town are:
- US Highway 167 run concurrently north to south. north going to Ruston and US 167 north to El Dorado, Arkansas. Southbound goes to Pineville, and Alexandria.
