Understand
[edit]Talk
[edit]Slovene is the national language. Most can speak Serbo-Croatian as a result to the Yugoslav experience (its also very similar) and many to most young people can speak some English and/or German. German also played a historic minority role in the region prior to WWII with many places having dual place names as a result. Today the Austrian and German tourists speak it.
