    Lynnwood is a city of 39,000 people (2019) in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. Lynnwood is a suburban bedroom community for Seattle, Everett and Bellevue. It has one of the largest concentrations of retailers in the region, anchored by the Alderwood Mall.

    Interstate 5 runs through the city, and the interchange with Interstate 405 and WA 525 is just outside city limits.

    • Sound Transit, toll-free: +1-888-889-6368. Has regional public transit routes in King County (hubs in Bellevue and Seattle), Snohomish County (hubs in Everett and Lynnwood), and Pierce County. Buses typically run every 30 minutes on weekdays, more frequently during rush hour.
      • 512 Lynnwood to Everett Station via Ash Way P&R.
      • 515 Mountlake Terrace Fwy Station and Downtown Seattle from Lynnwood. Towards Seattle weekday morning, into Lynnwood weekday afternoons/evenings.
      • 513 Lynnwood to Seaway Transit Center in Mukilteo. Weekday rush hours only.
      • 535 Downtown Bellevue Transit Center to Lynnwood via Canyon Park, Totem Lake, Bothell and Ash Way. M-Sa only.

    • 1 Lynnwood Heritage Park. Features an historical look at Lynnwood, back when the area was known as Alderwood Manor. Heritage Park allows guests to take a step back in time, and visit some of Alderwood Manor's original buildings.
