[edit]- Moorhead is at Minnesota's western border on Interstate Highway 94. US Highway 10 has its western terminus in Moorhead, and US Highway 75 passes through the city in a north/south orientation.
By train
[edit]- The Fargo/Moorhead area has rail service via Amtrak (the Empire Builder), with the passenger terminal at 420 4th Street North in Fargo. Trains only come once a day in each direction, in the middle of the night.
By plane

[edit]- Bus service is provided by 1 Jefferson Lines, serving one stop in Moorhead and two across the state border in Fargo, from cities in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana. Check the schedules for all three stops in the Fargo-Moorhead area, as different buses serve different stops.
