Pio Duran is a municipality of the Philippines in the province of Albay. It has a port going to the island province of Masbate.

It was once called Malacbalac before it was named after the Filipino Pan-Asianist, lawyer and legislator, Pio Saceda Duran (1900–1961).

The nearest airport is in Daraga (DRP ^IATA).

There are buses from Manila to Pio Duran. The access to the town is via the city of Ligao.
