Ranipur is a city of 40,000 in Sindh. It's part of the Khairpur District, in Northern Sindh.

Sukkur Airport are about 65km from Ranipur, with domestic flights to Karachi.
There are daily trains from Karachi and Peshawar.

The city has a number of gates. Names include Babe Dastageer, Babe Sachal Sarmast and Babe Bodelah. There are also a few shrines of interest, such as that of Saleh Shah and Hajran Shah.
