    Sainte-Ursule is a parish municipality of the Maskinongé Regional county municipality (MRC de Maskinongé-), in Basse-Mauricie, in Quebec, Canada.

    The municipality was founded in 1855, when the municipal government which supplanted the seigneurial regime.

    The area west of the Maskinongé river, corresponding to the northwestern part of the municipal territory, is wooded. The part is generally made up of agricultural land, except the area bordering the river.

    The economic activities of Saint-Édouard-de-Maskinongé are centred on forestry, agriculture, recreational and tourism activities (resorts, Saint-Ursule Falls Park, biking).

    • From Montreal (111 km (69 mi), 1 hr 20 min). Take Highway 40 (north shore) eastbound, to Maskinongé; take the Montée St-Laurent (northbound); take route 138 (eastbound) to the village of Maskinongé; take route Beauséjour (northbound), take route 348, to the village of Sainte-Ursule.
    • From Quebec City (172 km (107 mi), 1 hr 51 min). Take Highway 40 (westbound), to Yamachiche; take route 138 (westbound) to Louiseville; take route 348 (northbound) to the village of Sainte-Ursule.

    • 1 Parc des chutes de Saint-Ursule, 2575, rang des Chutes (accessible by road Joseph A. and rue Fernando). Vertical drop of 70 m on the Maskinongé river. The old course of the river creates three more falls in the spring. The park is built just downstream from the railway line. It has hiking trails, wooden sidewalks, historical and ecological interpretation panels. A picnic area is set up there and a suspension bridge to span the river to the island of Parc des Chutes. Large parking lot. Possibility of swimming downstream of the falls.
