Lists
[edit]Per Wikivoyage's goals and non-goals, it is undesirable to create little Yellow Pages listings without descriptions, such as are currently in the "Buy" and "Eat" sections. Those store listings that are clearly of use to visitors should be subdivided into categories and given descriptions. I would eliminate listings for interiors and catering, which on the face of it don't seem to serve visitors. A pet boutique is questionable but might stay if there's something particularly unusual about it. Without further description, I have no idea whether "Tools for Better Living" is (are?) useful to travelers. If it's a hardware store, it's got a clever name but should be delisted from a travel guide. More or less ditto on "Wondrous Things." If "Vintage Violet" is a vintage clothing store, that's fine to list, but again, there's the problem with the lack of description. Wikivoyage:Listings addresses a lot of this. - Hm, I'll look into fixing that. Thanks.--Ɱ (talk) 12:28, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
