Which 9 cities?

[edit]

This is a non-bottom-level region article. Right now, there are 13 "Cities" linked (after I deleted a red link). Per avoid long lists, there should be no more than 9. So which 4 of these should be removed from the list?

    • Beloit - city along the Wisconsin/Illinois border
    • Baraboo - charming city with circus roots and natural wonders in the Baraboo River Valley
    • Camp Douglas
    • Janesville - "Wisconsin's Park Place" on the Rock River.
    • La Crosse - city along the Mississippi River and home to unique topography
    • Madison - capitol of Wisconsin and home to the University of Wisconsin's flagship campus
    • Necedah
    • Portage
    • Prairie Du Sac - considered, along with its neighboring city, Sauk City, to be the 'gateway to the Lower Wisconsin River'
    • Spring Green - home of architect Frank Lloyd Wright and the mysterious House on the Rock.
    • Stoughton - unique suburb of Madison with Norwegian Heritage
    • Wisconsin Dells - a major tourist draw focused on natural and man-made attractions
    • Whitewater

I'd say the following are obvious to keep: Beloit, La Crosse, Madison. I don't know this area of the state well enough to know which 6 others should be kept. Please help. Ikan Kekek (talk) 10:05, 4 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Ikan: in the course of dealing with a separate issue, I've gone ahead and pruned the list. I figure that's okay to do seeing as you've gotten no other responses to this question in a full year's time. -- AndreCarrotflower (talk) 01:01, 11 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thanks a lot. I forgot all about this. Ikan Kekek (talk) 07:47, 11 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
