Tiwi is a municipality in Albay, Philippines at the endpoint of Legazpi-Tiwi coastal road and borders the municipality of Sagñay of Partido District in Camarines Sur. Its shoreline is facing Lagonoy Gulf and is known for its pottery industry and the geothermal power plant at the foot of Mount Malinao.

Tiwi is the home of the Shrine of Our Lady of Salvation at Barangay Joroan. The municipality is dubbed as the Pilgrim capital of Albay.
